140th Mothers' Union Staff Challenge
Mothers' Union staff have been challenged by the Trustees to raise money for the charity in it's 140th year. Staff are planning to have a bit of fun together and show that we are up to the challenge!
So far the staff have had a book sale, a quiz night and have plans for a bake sale, a sky dive and office Olympics in the future!
Visit the Mothers' Union Staff JustGiving Page to keep up to date or show your support.
Past Presidents' Challenge
The past presidents' of Mothers' Union have joined together to fundraise for our 140th year celebrations by all joining together to stitch a Mothers' Union chapel kneeler.

Walking 140km - September 7th - 12th
Rita has set herself the phenomenal challenge of walking 140km in six days - from the Turner Contemporary art gallery in Margate to Mary Sumner House. A group of members will also be joining her for the last mile from the Imperial War Museum.
Abseiling the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth – Sunday June 19th
Jane has been a Mothers’ Union member for over 30 years, is Branch Leader for Midhurst and Easebourne and volunteers for several local Mothers’ Union projects. While thinking about ways to increase fundraising in her branch, she thought this challenge would be a great way to inspire others and also celebrate our 140th year. She has already raised over £1,500, some of which will go to support her local Mothers’ Union AFIA project, providing holidays for families facing adversity. What a great way to kick off what will hopefully be the start of many fundraising events to come from Midhurst and Easebourne!

140 Holes of Golf ....
From 6th-11th June, Jill Cannings played an incredible 140 holes of golf. Even though it was a tiring week (140 holes is a lot of walking!) she has raised an amazing £810.
