Worldwide Board Announcement

The Worldwide Board of Mothers’ Union announces that Bev Jullien, Chief Executive, will retire from her role following the movement’s 150th anniversary celebrations in London in June.

Bev has served Mothers’ Union for over ten years with dedication and faith, leading the movement through a period of significant challenge and transition. She has worked closely with members, volunteers, staff and partners to strengthen the movement’s global impact in support of women, families and communities.

Under her leadership, Mothers’ Union is in a strong and sustainable position, supported by a skilled central charity staff team with a clear strategic direction. Her decision to retire has been made to focus more fully on family matters, which we as a Board fully support. She

remains fully committed to her role over the coming months and will support a smooth and well-managed transition.

The Board will lead a careful discernment and appointment process to identify the next Chief Executive and remains committed to supporting the movement throughout this time.

The Board wishes to express its sincere gratitude for Bev’s faithful service and leadership, and looks forward to celebrating her contribution during this significant anniversary year.

On behalf of the Worldwide Board
