Canada, the world’s second-largest country by total area, is sparsely populated and known for its forests, tundra, and the Rocky Mountains.  

Mothers’ Union has been active in Canada for 130 years and today has over 400 active members. Despite the country’s vast distances, members are united through a strong prayer life and shared purpose.  

Mothers’ Union members in Canada are involved in a wide range of community work including marriage and baptism support, soup kitchens, parenting programmes, aid for clergy families, campaigning against gender-based violence, and providing food for students and Christmas gifts for the homeless.
