The Diocese of Coventry covers all of Coventry and most of Warwickshire
Coventry is known as a city for promoting peace and reconciliation. Mothers' Union is proud to be a partner in CCN (Community of the Cross of Nails), reflecting the fact that all our work, our prayer and our campaigning, contributes to peace and reconciliation within communities, families and individuals.
Our members are a mix of ages; both women and men, single, married, parents and grandparents. Mothers' Union provides a fellowship network through which we can serve Christ in our own community - prayer, giving time to help others, specific project work, fundraising and supporting international campaigns, which bring about positive changes in our communities and across the world.
A range of parenting programmes, including "What Shall We Tell the Children About Relationships and Sex?"
Away From It All holidays
Support for prisoners and their families, including prison visiting
Knitting and sewing - providing goods to those in need
Campaigning, e.g. 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence
There are also lots of ways to get involved with Mothers’ Union in the Diocese of Coventry. Put your skills to work on local, national and international projects; help raise funds to help projects flourish; get together with other members in your area.
