Diocese of Bristol

Members support our diocesan projects either by volunteering or by raising funds and giving donations.

Diocese of Canterbury

Within the diocese we support teenage parents and young homeless people and have a heart for the plight of unaccompanied child refugees and asylum seekers. We are linked with four overseas dioceses in Africa and maintain communication with them throughout the year. There is a monthly prayer time with Mothers’ Union members in Canterbury Cathedral. There are community, family-oriented events raising funds for the project work of the charity.

Diocese of Carlisle

Our members are not all mothers, or even all women. They are single, married, parents, grandparents, or young adults just beginning to express their social conscience. Mothers’ Union provides a network through which they can serve Christ in their own community, through prayer, financial support and actively working at grassroots level in projects that meet local needs. Many members belong to a branch in their parish, while some members are deanery or diocesan members if this suits them better.

Diocese of Cashel, Ferns & Ossory

The Diocese of Cashel, Ferns & Ossory covers a large area of South East Ireland, from Rosslare to Mountrath and from Gorey to Cahir

The Diocese of Cashel, Ferns & Ossory has a loyal membership, who support various projects and grant schemes locally, nationally, and worldwide.

Diocese of Chelmsford

Chelmsford Mothers’ Union is based in the county of Essex and in the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.

Mothers’ Union in the Diocese of Chelmsford works in the heart of rural and urban communities. As a church charity working with and in our local parishes and communities, we work with young families and the older generation who find loneliness such a struggle, supporting those in need and delivering events and activities that reach out to the wider community.

Diocese of Chester

The Diocese of Chester covers Cheshire, including the Wirral, and parts of Tameside and Stockport.

Our members serve their churches and communities with projects that help and support local families; coming together in fellowship to fundraise, campaign, and share the love of Christ.
