Our newly refurbished Conference Hall is a versatile space, ideal for small conferences, policy discussions, briefings, industry conferences and media briefings. The venue hire fees listed below include the use of a projector and screen.
Please note we do not provide in-house catering or tea/coffee/biscuits/water in the Conference Hall. If you require refreshments or lunch, we recommend Spoilt for Choice or Sands Catering, or you are welcome you to use caterers of your choosing.

Theatre-style Layout
The Conference Hall can accommodate a maximum of 120 people in a theatre-style layout.
Cabaret Layout
The Conference Hall can accommodate a maximum of 60 people in a cabaret layout.
Boardroom Layout
The Conference Hall can accommodate a maximum of 48 people in a boardroom layout.
2026 Venue hire fees
Our standard booking times are Monday to Friday.
Access from either 9am until 1pm, or from 1:30pm until 5:30pm. Full day access from 9am until 5:30pm.
We offer a tiered charity discount to registered UK charities based on annual income. Include your charity number with your enquiry to qualify.
