The Queen Elizabeth II Room is a period room, maintaining the original features of the building, with a glass chandelier, feature fireplace, soft furnishings and a dedicated boardroom table. The room is idea for interviews, training or planning sessions, high profile interviews and filming (subject to permission).
The Queen Elizabeth II Room can accommodate a maximum of 16 people in a boardroom layout.
Venue hire fees include the use of a display screen.

We offer refreshments at £6 (VAT) inc. per person in the meeting rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors, but recommend caterers for catering and lunches.

Our standard booking times are Monday to Friday.
Access from either 9am until 1pm, or from 1:30pm until 5:30pm. Full day access from 9am until 5:30pm.
We offer a tiered charity discount to registered UK charities based on annual income. Include your charity number with your enquiry to qualify.
