The Rosa Parks Room is a modern room, best suited for Senior Management meetings, stakeholder engagements, board meetings, client presentations and AGMs.

The room accommodates a maximum of 36 people in a theatre-style layout, 24 people in a boardroom layout, and 16 people in a cabaret layout.

Venue hire fees include the use of a display screen. 

Room dimensions: 10m (L) x 4.6m (W) x 3.15m (H)  

We offer refreshments at £6 (VAT) inc. per person in the meeting rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors, but recommend caterers for catering and lunches.

Flipchart, pens and paper – £15 per set 

Unlimited serving of tea/coffee/biscuits/water – £6 per person (VAT inc)
