The Wangari Maathai Room is a modern room, best suited for workshops, trainings, strategy sessions, briefings and smaller board meetings.
The room accommodates a maximum of 20 people in a boardroom layout, up to 30 people in a theatre-style layout, or 12 people in a cabaret layout.
Venue hire fees include the use of a display screen.
Room dimensions: 9.47m (L) x 4.13m (W) x 3.15m (H)
We offer refreshments at £6 (VAT) inc. per person in the meeting rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors, but recommend caterers for catering and lunches.

Our standard booking times are Monday to Friday.
Access from either 9am until 1pm, or from 1:30pm until 5:30pm. Full day access from 9am until 5:30pm.
We offer a tiered charity discount to registered UK charities based on annual income. Include your charity number with your enquiry to qualify.
