Mothers’ Union General Trustee, Joyce Kibaja has passed away
Mothers’ Union is saddened to hear that our General Trustee, Joyce Kibaja, passed away yesterday (Thursday July 5) in Tanzania.

Rob Dawes, Senior Development Manager, who worked closely with Joyce over the years, said, “Joyce was incredibly committed to inspiring and empowering local communities out of dependency, she will be greatly missed”. She was a member for over 40 years.
Her funeral is being organised in Dar-es-Salaam for Saturday 14th July.
We are praying for her family and friends. Joyce was a valued member of the International Trustee Board and will be greatly missed. Staff at Mary Sumner House will be organising special prayers in her memory and a service will be held next week.
