We are part of the Scottish Episcopal Church within the Province of Scotland. Although we are a mainly rural and scattered membership, we try to engage with our membership and encourage them to participate where we and they see a need. Members have been faithful over many years and respond where they are able, either by praying, enabling or campaigning.

Our work:

  • Active within the prison service with help in play areas, drop-in centres, and equipping women prisoners with socks and bags of basics on departure. We also collect gifts for them at Christmas and send them Christmas cards
  • Away From It All (AFIA) – help towards a holiday or days out
  • Knitting – baby clothes, fiddle blankets etc.
  • Cathedral prayers and emergency prayers
  • Keeping in touch with our membership with a bi-monthly email newsletter and posted to those not on email
  • Baptismal cards

Our meetings are open to all who are interested in coming. New members are always welcome, young and old, to join us for fellowship, fun and involvement in our project work at home or worldwide.
