Mothers' Union Diocese of Newcastle

We as a charity often work in partnership with other charities to enhance their provision for the vulnerable by providing holidays, away days and support. We work in rural and inner city areas.

We have 692 members in 33 branches , including diocesan members. Branches look for local projects as well as supporting our diocesan ones.

Our work includes:
Away from it all holidays and Away days
Gift bags for homeless and refuges at Christmas
Backpacks for prisoners and 
Hospital emergency bags
Knitted items and Warm clothing for Mother and baby unit. 

We have 2 internet branches but most meet at set times. Fellowship and working together is at the heart of our activities. We are underpinned by prayer and welcome any denomination or none to join us. We work to make a difference.
