A selection of well-being, faith and community resources to support our members and friends during 2021
Mothers’ Union has built on the 5 Cs framework created and recommended by Dr Radha Modgil. Using this as a basis we are bringing you a whole new selection of resources to look after your body and mind.
The 5 C's are as follows: Control, Care, Continuity, Creativity and Compassion
We have produced a range of resources under these different headings, which we will keep adding to over time. Our hope is that you will find these helpful in supporting you, your family and branches in keeping up your spirits, staying healthy and feeling connected to wider society.

CONTROL - Accepting what we cannot change resource
